This is a complete custom engineered batch wastewater treatment system manufactured by Evoqua Water Technologies in 2017. The entire package has never been installed commissioned or used and it remains in pristine condition with all original documentation included. This professionally engineered process line is designed for automated liquid solid separation and pH control ideal for industrial dewatering applications. It represents a significant cost saving compared to purchasing a brand new OEM system.

Condition Unused Manufactured 2017. Plate Configuration Features 29 gasketed recessed chamber polypropylene plates 630mm x 630mm. Performance Designed for a maximum feed pressure of 100 PSI.
Capacity Provides an estimated working capacity of approximately 12 cubic feet of dewatered sludge filter cake per batch cycle. Features Includes an automatic cake discharge configuration and a dedicated hydraulic power unit HPU.

Main Power 480 VAC 3 Phase main system components. Secondary Power 115 VAC required for the metering pump. Utilities Requires compressed air for the filter press and AODD pump operation.
